Return and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through this website you can return it within 30 days for a refund or store credit. You will only have to pay for the shipping from your end to our location. To avoid the hassle of exchanges due to buying the wrong size, we encourage you to take a close look at the size chart during the time of purchase. Do not buy a smaller size than the recommended by the size chart because most likely it won’t fit. Our body shapers are very tight and run small. We also encourage you to call 1.877.278.1719 to get help deciding on your size. We will gladly help you.
To receive store credit please note the following:
- Items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
- Product must be free of scents.
- Product must be in original packaging and with all original tags.
- Due to health and hygiene internal regulations, we do not exchange any type of lingerie, girdles, body shapers or underwear that do not meet the above requirements.
- Sale items do not qualify for store credit. They are Final Sale.
- Shipping and handling costs for returned items must be paid for every return.
