15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit at jackielondon.com.

Please note: we do not offer refunds.

Item Condition Requirements

To ensure product quality and maintain high hygiene standards, returned items must be in brand-new condition. Please ensure:

• Unworn & Undamaged: The item has not been worn and is free of damage or stretch.
• Clean & Scent-Free: The item is free of stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or any other scents.
• Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags are attached, and the item is returned in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused due to health and hygiene regulations.

Final Sale (Non-Returnable)

Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check sizing and details before purchasing sale items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. For convenience, you may purchase a discounted return label through our Returns Portal.

You may also use your own shipping method, but we recommend a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Pack and ship your item.
5. Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.
