    This is the best waist trainer I’ve used, feel so comfortable don’t bother me and the first to sleep and feel comfortable while sleeping best I could of gone to a smaller size though

    Better than what I expected

    The waist trainer is very snug and has great compression! I did think I needed a bigger size, but I got help putting it on the first time since it doesn't have much stretch but the second time I was able to put it on by myself .
