its amazing, there only one thing that could be better, is that is should have a zipper because if you have tummy like me and kinda masrks or shows it more from the bottom but DEFINITELY gives you waist i been wearing shapewear for years i got a size L my regular size is 1xl/2xl if you are not used to wearing shapewear definitely go up to a 2xl or 1 size up of you regular size. if you can’t breath YOU GOT IT RIGHT !!!
