These shoulder protectors are perfect.
My straps are not falling off and no longer digging into my shoulders. Very uncomfortable.

The bras I bought these for do not have detachable straps, so there's no way to attach them to the bra straps (other than sew them on I guess). But, they are great for my bras with detachable straps.

These are excellent as far as width and softness. My only complaint is the ends/curved tabs kinda flip up and don't lay down flat. I ended up cutting them off and just sewing them shut. But it is the only place I've found for cloth ones. I read where the silicone ones burn your skin.
